Nature Island Industries, LLC (NII) is the business development affiliate of the law firm of Gabriel J. Christian & Associates, LLC (GJC). The entity is the creation of attorney Gabriel J. Christian, Esq. and businessman and renewable energy activist Kevin Cheung, a Hong Kong born US citizen. Gabriel J. Christian is a trial lawyer and promoter of renewable energy innovation. NII and GJC have established a Business Development Office in China. Business man and procurement specialists Antonio Leung and Walter Ho are, respectively, Director of Business Development and Business Officer for NII in China. The focus of NII is to bring Semi-Knock-Down (SKD) and Complete Knock Down (CKD) assembly operations in different markets. NII also has the facility to do specialty branding and import/export re China, the Caribbean and Africa. NII also has partners involved in the design of market instruments which favor Green Business and Green Business Funds. In addition, NII has affiliates in the US, the Caribbean, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan and Australia.

Business Niche: NII has the primary competence to link governments and business interests with factory owners in China who are desirous of opening plants in their respective countries/markets. The Markets desired are usually where the following factors exist: (1) A political desire to attract technology-transfer industry; (2) A need for infusion of renewable energy, electronic technology and industrial skills to students; (3) A need for job creation; (4) A commitment by the government or local government in the target market to provide he relevant incentives-to include partnership with state entities where necessary.

Education Niche: Most education systems desire a highly skilled workforce, schooled in emerging technologies. Having students immersed in product creation and/or design is ideal for creating a competitive and competent workforce. The NII model has a focus on technology and technique transfer under its skills adaptation model of Learning By Doing. Our business partners and affiliates are committed to this model.

NII has links with cutting edge US and Asian industries. We are committed to developing mutually beneficial linkages which are solely private sector operated, Government Linked Company (GLC) hybrids or community development/Non-profit partnerships.
