Evann O’Donnell is a Maryland-licensed attorney specializing in matters of custody, divorce, and domestic violence. Ms. O’Donnell graduated from The George Washington University Law School, where she was a Boardmember of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board and participated as a student attorney in the Domestic Violence Clinic.
She graduated with High Honors from Michigan State University, and traveled through China on a National Science Foundation research grant.

Stacy-Ann Telfer is a graduate of North Carolina Central University School of Law. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from NCCU school of Business, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Food and Resource Economics from the University of Florida. While in law school, Ms. Telfer served as a student attorney and represented many small businesses in their legal matters. She also held an internship and clerkship with the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Coast Guard Civil Litigation department, respectively. Ms. Telfer currently practices in the areas of Business Law (domestic and international), Copyright & Trademark, and International Development.
