The Caribbean Agrictulural Network and it's chocolatier partner SPAGnVOLA traveled to Dominica in February 2015 to harvest cocoa bean using the Cocoa International Bean Exchange method to train farmers to get the best flabor out of the product. In the summer of 2015, CAN will launch Chocolat de la Dominique in partnership with the SPAGnVOLA brand.
